- Punctuality: Clients must be on time at the agreed pick-up location. Late arrivals may result in additional wait time charges.
- Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during the service. Opulence Chauffeuring reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s behavior compromises the safety or comfort of the chauffeur or vehicle.
- Damage: Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their party may result in a damage fee.

- Professionalism: All chauffeurs are trained and committed to providing safe, reliable, and courteous service.
- Safety Measures: Chauffeurs follow all applicable traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure a secure journey.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Service Delays: While we strive to maintain punctuality, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions.
- Loss of Property: Opulence Chauffeuring is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Clients are encouraged to check for belongings before leaving.

7. Payment Terms
